In many cases the information requested can be provided the same date the request is made.  However, there are requests that involve research that can take longer to complete.

When making a request for information please provide the following:

1.      Name

2.      Address

3.      Telephone Number

4.      Nature of request: media request, legal request, student or teacher research request, offender family request, etc.

5.  Detailed description of the information seeking to obtain.  If inquiring about a specific offender, please provide name, date-of-birth, and social security number or MDOC number (if possible).
