Parchman – Corrections officials announced today that inmate visitation has been cancelled at the Mississippi State Prison (MSP) this weekend due to an institutional state of emergency following the escape of state inmate, Larry Hentz.

Larry Hentz escaped from MSP in Parchman, Miss. on Monday, Nov. 17, and is believed to be traveling with his wife, Elizabeth Hentz.  The couple may be traveling in a 2001 red Kia Sephia with handicapped Panola County tag number P4856.  An arrest warrant has also been issued for Elizabeth Hentz.

Description of Suspects:

Larry Hintz is considered to be dangerous.  If anyone has contact with these individuals, please notify local authorities or contact MDOC at 662.745.6611.
